Booking Information
1. Check-in Procedure** The check-in time for our hotel is from **3:00 PM**. (Please refer to the room description for details. **Latest room hold time**: 8:00 PM.) Guests must present their "Booking Confirmation" and valid ID to complete the check-in process.
2. Late Check-in** If the guest is unable to check in before the "latest room hold time" on the day of arrival, they must notify the hotel in advance. Failure to arrange a late check-in with the hotel and not completing the check-in process by the hold time will be considered a cancellation, and the guest will forfeit their booking and accommodation rights.
3. Check-out Procedure** The check-out time is **before 11:00 AM**. Any additional charges incurred during the stay, such as for extended stays, extra beds, meals, tips, telephone fees, etc., must be settled with the hotel at the time of check-out.
4. Order Modification - Guests must request order modifications at least 2 days before the check-in date (excluding the check-in day). Modifications are not allowed if no request is made within this timeframe. - Each order is limited to one modification, applicable only to the original hotel. Once the modification is completed, cancellations or refunds will not be processed. - If the total cost of the modified order exceeds the original order's total, guests are required to pay the difference (applicable only to the original hotel). - If the total cost of the modified order is less than the original order's total, guests are not entitled to a refund for the difference (applicable only to the original hotel).
5. Retention of Accommodation Credit (Reservation Retention) - If a guest modifies their reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel can retain the accommodation amount for up to 3 months (applicable only to the original hotel). The start date of the retention period is based on the modification request date. Cancellations or refunds will not be processed after the modification is completed. - When using the retained accommodation credit, please plan early to avoid unavailability due to full occupancy. Failure to use the credit within the retention period will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation and accommodation rights (applicable only to the original hotel). - Each order is limited to one modification, applicable only to the original hotel. Once the modification is completed, cancellations or refunds will not be processed. - If the total cost of the modified order exceeds the original order's total, guests are required to pay the difference (applicable only to the original hotel). - If the total cost of the modified order is less than the original order's total, guests are not entitled to a refund for the difference (applicable only to the original hotel).
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation** If the reservation needs to be canceled, the refund will be processed according to the following terms:
◎ Cancellation made more than 5 days before the check-in date: 0% of the total amount will be charged as a processing fee.
◎ Cancellation made 2 days before the check-in date: 30% of the total amount will be charged as a processing fee.
◎ Cancellation made 1 day before the check-in date: 60% of the total amount will be charged as a processing fee.
◎ Cancellation made on the check-in date: 100% of the total amount will be charged as a processing fee.
◎ No cancellations or changes are allowed on the check-in date.
◎ Failure to check in on the check-in date will be considered as a no-show, and the full deposit will be forfeited.
2. Non-Cancellable or Non-Changeable Bookings
Special notes:
* Reservations made under the 【5-Star (Save More) Promotion】 are non-cancellable and non-changeable.
* For reservations under the 【Special Promotion Series】, cancellations or date changes are not allowed once confirmed. Guests are advised to carefully read the terms and conditions before booking.
3. Weather-Related Factors
If natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes occur on the check-in date, resulting in the inability to proceed with the stay (as determined by official announcements from the Meteorological Bureau or local government declaring suspension of work and classes), the following options are available:
◎ Guests may request a date change or refund according to the hotel’s policy.
◎ Upon hotel confirmation, guests can retain their accommodation rights or request a refund with 0% of the total amount deducted as a processing fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the guest.
